Pinnable is a pinning service for IPNS/ENS websites. It saves extra copies of your websites and provides them to other IPFS peers. It also provides gateways for the websites to be viewed in regular browsers.

CID
Each time your website is pinned (the new CID is saved with Pinnable's nodes), the latest CID is written to your subname on iweb.eth. Since gateways resolve to CIDs, this can be faster in most cases compared to IPNS.
